Nancy uses carefully selected French Grade A cane, naturally air dried over three years to ensure dense fibres and outstanding resilience. Each reed is meticulously handcrafted by Nancy. From precise cutting and scraping, to fine-tuned adjustments, these reeds are 100% handmade quality. The result is a reed with sensitive response, warm and transparent tone and rich layers of sound.
Nancy uses a 1A shape, M / Medium
Medium hardness (due to the dense fibres in the cane) with a well balanced tone. Ideal for daily practice, ensemble playing and concerts. Easy to control and reliable to perform on.
