This is the intermediate version of the hugely popular RAD Oboe Reed range….  The Rad Advanced Reed is high quality, premium reed with a great tone.

The Rad Advanced reed is perfect for players advancing from the Regular Rad Oboe Reed into something more sophisticated.  This reed is for advancing students, capable community players, and emerging professionals.

The Rad Advanced reed offers increased flexibility to create greater dynamics and more intricate tone colours, on cane that is crisper and firmer to the embouchure than the Regular Rad reed.

These reeds are beautifully made; the blades line up, the aperture is nicely arched, the cane is evenly scraped and quality Chiarugi Staples are used.
