Delivery and Returns
When placing and order,it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all details conveyed in the order are correct and true. Sweet Reeds do not accept liability for errors made by the purchaser in the ordering process. Full payment must be received for all orders before any goods are dispatched.
Delivery and Handling:
All products are packaged and handled with utmost care.
Sweet Reeds deliver worldwide via Australia Post and domestically with a range of delivery service providers. All delivery and handling charges are payable by the purchaser and area additional to the listed price for each product on the sweetreeds.com website. Estimated Delivery Time:
Orders are dispatched from the Sweet Reeds Warehouse in Victoria, or other supplier locations in Australia or Internationally. Your product should be delivered to you within 1 – 4 weeks of the receipt of your order and payment. Delivery time may be affected by the size or complexity of your order or the delivery location. An estimate for delivery time can be made before, or after, placing your order. Sweet Reeds accept no liability for delays beyond our control, such as postage or courier delays.
Method of Delivery:
Australian orders are sent via Australian Post. Customers must advise if they require their products to be sent by regular, registered or express post. Express post orders are not guaranteed to be delivered next day due to Australia Post post allocations. Once an order has been dispatched Sweet Reeds accept no liability for any loss or damage, unless the order has been sent by Registered Post.
Refunds and Returns:
Your satisfaction is important to us at Sweet Reeds. However, due to the personal nature of the products, returns and exchanges of reeds are generally not accepted. Products are eligible for return if there is a manufacturing defect or fault. Should this be the case, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in a saleable condition.
Defective products must be returned to Sweet Reeds within seven (7) days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. A replacement product will be provided, unless unavailable due to supply availability, in which case a refund will be issued.

And also include the following information:
• Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
As soon as the return has been received a replacement product will be forwarded, or if unavailable, a refund will be issued.
The return must be received by Sweet Reeds within 7 days of the receipt of purchase
Replacement products will only be forwarded after the faulty item has been received by Sweet Reeds. Reeds are generally not returnable, please confirm with Sweet Reeds prior to returning an item to ensure it is eligible for a return or refund.
