This bassoon seat strap is made from Australian leather, is locally produced, strong, supple and durable.  Leather is a natural product and softens with use, so before long, your seat strap is comfortably moulded to your bassoon and positions your instrument reliably just how you like it.  The waxed stitching is strong and durable, ensuring you’ll have this seat strap potentially for the life of your bassoon!

This seat strap comes in two types:

Cup type – the snazzy leather cup is the perfect shape for the boot of your full size bassoon.  Slide the boot joint into the cup and away you go!

Hook type – this strap ends in a clasp perfectly designed to clip into the small hole or ring on the boot of your bassoon.  This will only work if you have a hole or attachment on the boot joint.  If not, the cup type is the seat strap for you!
